SALON POLICIES CANCELETION 

AT Beauty Studio 580, we endeavour to provide a superior level of care. In order to accomplish this, we respectfully ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy.
We are grateful for your sustained support and understanding 

APPOINTMENT 
A deposit of £50 the is required ro reserve any service; this amount will be deducted from total cost of the appointment. The acceptable forms of payment is bank transfer.
* deposit is not refundable 

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, if you need to cancel or schedule your appointment, we kindly request 48 hours' notice. Your deposit will be transferred to a new booking. Within 24 hours of the specified appointment time, cancellations are subject to 50% of treatment values cancellation charges.

LATE ARRIVAL 
We value both your time and the time of our other costumers. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or abbreviate your treatment. The original cost of the appointment will still apply in full.

NO-SHOWS
While we realise that unforeseen circumstances may arise, a missed appointment without prior notice not only compromises our ability to  serve other clients, but also results in lost time and resources. For these appointments, the total cost of the service levied.

RIGHT TO DECLINE SERVICE
Our salon staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is behaving inappropriately, is intoxicated, or whose health may effect the results of the service.
